As some of you may already know, we encountered a few unexpected hiccups with our system over the weekend. Our team worked hard to fix the issues, and as a result, we’re now officially opening Late Pledges on April 4th, 2025! This gives us a bit more time for final adjustments.
For those unfamiliar: Late Pledge is basically your second chance to join the campaign - you’ll be able to select your pledge level, grab any add-ons you want, and enter your shipping details, just like a regular backer. All of this will happen through our Pledge Manager platform, GameFlight.
What about the Grace Period?
Good news! We will never make our backers pay for difficulties on our part, so our little delay actually works out in your favor - we're extending the Grace Period! It will now begin when Late Pledge goes live on April 4th and run for a full two weeks from that date.
So no stress- you’ll have your time to finalize your pledges, make changes, or lock in your choices.
To our American backers!
We hear you loud and clear - many of you raised concerns about address formatting. We're actively working on a fix for this issue, so you’ll be able to enter your address correctly.
If you’ve already filled out your address - no worries! Once the fix is live, we’ll let you know, and you’ll have a chance to double-check how your address looks before we ship anything. If something still doesn’t look right - we’ll make sure it gets sorted.
