Refund & Return Policy
General refund terms
We offer “no questions asked” refunds up until the shipping date of our products. To begin the process, please contact our Customer Support department by filling the form provided here. The refunds are usually processed within 2 weeks. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days from the date of approval. Note that refunds are a subject to processing fees of up to 10% of the order’s value.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as digital downloads, are not eligible for return. Product bundles (pledges that include multiple products) cannot be partially refunded. Product bundles that are partially shipped are not eligible for the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
