How to cancel a pledge or ask for a refund?

You have to contact the creator if you want to cancel your pledge or ask for a refund for the items that you have already paid for.

To ask for a refund or full pledge cancellation please user the form provided here.

  1. Fill in your Pledge ID (you can find your Pledge ID on Your pledge site or on the list of Your projects).
  2. Then provide info about the products and the amount that you want to be refunded.
  3. Fill in your e-mail address with the address that is connected to your account. You will get a copy of the message on the provided e-mail address.
  4. Confirm sending the form by clicking the button "Send refund request".
Please use the same e-mail address that you used in the order you want to refund.
