Hi Spacers!
You’ve been asking for it—patiently, consistently, and in large numbers—and now it’s here. Our custom-built split payment system, FlightPlan, has officially launched on GameFlight today! From now on, if you’d rather not settle your entire pledge at once, you don’t have to. Whether you're managing a bigger order, waiting for the right time, or simply prefer more control over how and when you pay, FlightPlan is built to make the process easier—and smoother.
The checkout flow should feel familiar. You add items to your cart just like always, review your order, and move on to payment. This is where you’ll now see a new option: FlightPlan. When selected, you’ll be prompted to accept the payment terms and pay the first installment using your credit card. This kicks off an automatic installment plan through Stripe—one that’s directly linked to your GameFlight account. You’ll be able to view it in your profile, see how many payment installments are left, and track exactly what’s coming next.
If things change on your end, you will be able to pay off the remaining balance at any time. Of course, early repayment is entirely optional, but fully available.
Platform Upgrades
While launching FlightPlan, we took the opportunity to push several other long-awaited updates to GameFlight itself. You can now read Kickstarter-style project updates directly on the platform. Everything is right there, where your pledge lives.
We’re also already working on a new wave of community tools for GameFlight—starting with comments under updates. We want to give you a place to freely ask questions and respond to news. This feature isn’t live yet, but development is underway and moving fast! More on that soon…

Smarter Support
Behind the scenes, we’ve also made a few important changes to how our customer support team can assist you. GameFlight now provides native refund handling—this means our staff can now resolve most refund-related requests directly, without needing third-party processing or long delays. If you ever need to adjust your pledge or fix a billing issue, resolving all these problems will now be faster and simpler than before.
Don’t worry about your addresses!
We know the address form is still causing some concern—and rightly so! But rest assured: before we start shipping, we’ll review and process all addresses according to the requirements of each fulfillment hub. We’ll make sure all the necessary fields (like state, region, or postal code) are added where they’re needed, following each country’s standard.
A Quick note from Kingdoms Forlorn
A small reminder for our brave Knights waiting on Kingdoms Forlorn: the Pledge Manager closes June 26th, and that means now is the time to lock in your orders and make sure your shipping info is up to date! More news on fulfillment and the latest project details you can find on the Kingdoms Forlorn Kickstarter page.
And if you run into any issues—whether it’s FlightPlan, GameFlight navigation, or anything else—don’t hesitate to reach out! You can find us on our official Discord server, or send us an email at [email protected]. We’re here to help.
The Shepherd is big. Enormous, even. And every day, it’s getting louder, weirder, and more alive. Thanks for sticking with us, Spacers. Keep your comms open, your payments split, and your flashlights charged. See you in the dark corridors soon…
